Registered / Advanced Tribologist
Location: On-site, Brightlands Chemelot Campus Testing Laboratory

About the Role
Motor Milk™ is seeking a Registered or Advanced Tribologist to join our formulation and research and development team. You will play a key role in creating next-generation lubricants designed to outperform conventional motor oils in the most demanding applications. This position involves both laboratory and field testing in close collaboration with our chemical engineers, formulators, and testing partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate high-performance lubricant formulations using advanced base stocks and additive systems
- Conduct tribological testing such as four-ball, HFRR, and SRV to characterise wear, friction, and film strength
- Analyse performance data and contribute to formulation optimisation
- Support quality assurance and batch validation processes
- Collaborate with external partners, clients, refineries, and test facilities
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Tribology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Registered or chartered status in a relevant professional body preferred
- Strong background in lubricant formulation, friction and wear testing, and additive chemistry
- Experience with ASTM or ISO testing standards
- Passion for engines, high-performance machinery, and the science that drives them
- Ideally, be a member of the Dutch Vereniging voor smeerolieondernemingen

Logistics Staff
Location: On-site, Distribution Hub, Geleen, Netherlands
Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Staff Member to support our production and distribution operations. You will ensure that every bottle of Motor Milk™ oil reaches our customers quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in precision and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including quality checks and documentation
- Manage warehouse inventory and restocking
- Prepare and package orders with accuracy and care
- Work with suppliers and couriers to maintain efficient delivery schedules
- Support continuous improvements in logistics and supply chain operations
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for motorsport, engineering, or high-performance products is appreciated
