Like with our oils, attempting to bring the real deal to the ordinary enthusiast, we are committed to providing you with the best service and ensuring your orders are delivered quickly and securely. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand what to expect.

Please note we ship green as much as possible at our expense, nationally and internationally, through programs like DHL GoGreen Climate neutral shipping. We ship from our sales location in Germany, or depot in the Netherlands to get you your parcel as quick as possible. As opposed to any other motor oil producer, we try to to through our batches as quickly as possible, ensuring nice homogenisation and low oxidation of our oils.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship from Germany/Netherlands to customers across Europe and the rest of the world. Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on your location.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable shipping providers such as DHL, UPS, and local couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location, you can select from available shipping options during checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Within Germany: 2-5 business days
  • Within Europe: 3-10 business days
  • Outside Europe: 5-20 business days

Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during peak periods, such as holidays or promotions. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and taxes may apply to shipments outside the European Union. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

7. Issues with Your Order

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays, missing products, or damaged items, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order at info@motor-milk.com. 
We will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

8. Return Policy

Please refer to our return policy for more details if you need to return a product. Please note that opened and used motor oil products cannot be returned.
